Description of manuscript content:
The text was written in Pali used for chanting.
Colophon:
Folio 24 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat 1000 233 (corresponding to CS 1233), a huang mot year, on the eleventh day of the waning moon of the tenth [lunar] month, a kap nyi day, the first day of the week (Sunday), at noon (10:30–12:00), the writing of this manuscript was finished. Hua Chao La together with Chao Khampheng and Chao Phuangphan had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manu-script entitled Maha Sut to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May this merit support my deceased siblings. If they have been stuck in a place of sufferings, please have them moved to a good place. May all the wishes and desires of three of us be fulfilled.
