Description of manuscript content:
The text gives the story of a bhikkhuni (female monk) who practiced Vipasana meditation and attained a higher stage of the Dhamma that gave her the inner eyes to see suffering spirits in the hells. She asked the Buddha about the reasons why they had ended up in hell. Thus, the Buddha illustrated to her the bad deeds they had conducted during their previous lives in the human world.
