Description of manuscript content:
The Buddha allowed a group of four monks to assemble and recite Patimokkha. The regulation is, if a group includes less than four monks the group member can only inform themselves about one’s own purity. If only one monk stays at a monastery, he could make self-determination (อธิษฐาน) by telling himself that this day is the uposatha day.
