Description of manuscript content:
The text narrates a bhikkhu who distributed prohibited things to another monk. In the Buddha’s lifetime, a monk distributed things belonging to the Sangha to another monk. When the Buddha realized this, he blamed the monk and set the rules for the distribution of the prohibited things as regulations. The bhikkhu who violates these rules, he must confess it with dukkata (an offence of wrongdoing).
