The text is about Raja Merdang Kasmir in the Kingdom of Puser Bumi. The people in Puser Bumi are very prosperous and live in peace because they live according to Allah’s rules. Because of its obedience to Allah, Puser Bumi included some Islamic teachings in its rituals for the death, marriages, giving life, and the people engaged in Quranic recitation etc.

The text is read during weddings ceremonies to make the bride a family member who is sakinah mawaddah warahmah (calm and loving).
