The fourth fascicle of Cundasukarika Sutta was written in Lao and narrates Matali Devaputta who took Dhammaki Bandit to the Tavatimsa heaven. God Indra invited him to stay in the heaven but Dhammika declined because he wanted to accumulate merit. Then he descended to the human world.
