The manuscript contains an agreement. The text explains that Badu, a Nias native, made an agreement with Sutan Parhimpunan Alam regarding the planting of coconut trees on Marak Island.

Other notes:

On the back of the text, it is stated that Badu has received 30 rupiah from the sale of coconut trees agreed upon with Sutan Parhimpunan Alam above. On another page, it is also explained that Badu’s nephew has received 20 rupiah from Sutan Parhimpunan Alam from the proceeds of the coconut trees on Marak Island, because Badu has passed away.
