Description of manuscript content:

The manuscript contains a statement. The text explains that a partnership was formed between Talu and Sutan Parhimpunan Alam on 19 August 1884, to plant coconuts on Marak Island under a profit-sharing system. On 26 November 1891, the coconut yield was counted at 217. Talu's share was sold to Sutan Parhimpunan Alam for the price of 50 rupiahs.

Other notes:

On the back section, there is also a partnership agreement between Ganju and Sutan Parhimpunan Alam, and Ganju’s share was sold to Sutan Parhimpunan Alam for the price of 120 rupiahs.
