The text is about how to divine auspicious days and tells of days to avoid doing certain activities like constructing a roof based on the astawara (eight-day week) and the dark and clear half of the moon. On the days Yama, Rudra and Brahma no roof may be made. On days 2, 4, 8, and 11 of the clear moon no roof may be made and also not on days 3, 4, 11, 13 of the dark moon. These days are called Geni Rawana. The text goes on with similar divinations for the saptawara (seven-day week). The text also deals with the ways to enact rituals for the rice paddies and for rituals directed to the gods who reside on Mount Lebah. It also contains offerings to guard against green padi bugs (walang sangit) and rats.
