Text 1: The text is about the way to plant rice. It starts with saying that the gods rule the rice paddies and continues with the prayers to be said when planting rice, who is to pay homage to Dewi Sri and how to enact the rituals when rice is put in the rice barn, mantras to invite Dewi Sri and when rice is taken from the rice barn, mantras for binding the rice stems after harvest, and when it is put in the lesung (wooden bowl) when it is to be pounded. The text also deals with ceremonies to be held in Pura Subak (temples for sawah water organizations).
