Description of manuscript content:

The present kidung contains the offerings (caru) to be used during rituals for the chthonic creatures. At each compass point meat has to be put of different colours. In the east it is 5 peaces of meat of a white chicken, in the south 9 pieces of meat of red chicken, in the west 5 pieces of meat of a yellow siungan chicken, in the north 4 pieces of meat of a black chicken and at the centre a mixture of 8 pieces of meat of a chichen with feathers of all colours (brumbun).
