Text 1: The text is a manual to find a medicinal healer beased on the dedauhan system which consists of 8 kinds which are all explained. For instance: Dauh 1 are ailments caused by disturbances made by ogres, evil spirits and the ancestors from the father’s side. Dauh 8 are ailments caused by black magic. The text also contains information about the offerings to be made to ward off danger such as pork meat at the price of 777 Chinese coins (kepeng), and the meat of ducks and chicken. Text 2: The text contains mantras and ways to use to ward off black magic and to neutralize other evil. It also deals with mantras to make people follow someone or to make someone love a person as well as mantras to put people to sleep.
