This manuscript begins with the episode of the birth of We Tenri Dio, the daughter of We Cudai and younger sister of I La Galigo. However, We Tenri Dio was afflicted with the illness bisu temmetteq (a form of muteness or spiritual affliction), which led to the desire for a bissu ritual ceremony to be held for her.
