Tamma Al-Kitāb al-musamma bi Wasīlah al-Marḍiyyah bi ‘aun Allāh al-Malik al-Wahhāb wa kāna al-firāgh min tabyīḍihi fī laylat al-khamīs fī shahr Ramaḍān, fī laylat al-ḥādī wa al-‘ishrīn, fī niṣf al-layl al-awwal. Wa kātibuhu wa ṣāḥibuhu al-ṣabiyy al-ḍa‘īf al-ḥaqīr, al-multamis bi al-dhunūb wa al-āthām fī maddat ṭalab al-‘ilm bi-shaykhinā wa ustādhina al-masṭūṭun al-mutawallī al-dīn, al-muftī al-shar‘ wa jamī‘ al-aḥkām fī balad al-Pariaman fī badwi Padusunan.
