Description of manuscript content:
Viceroy Chüang organized his troops and moved to Ngoen Yang with 20 elephants, 20 horses, 20 swords and 15,000 soldiers. Thao Koen Pheng and Yia Kham were the leaders of the troops. Ai Khwang was the guide of their army.

Folio 26 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat hundred and 54 (correspond to CS 1154), a tao cai year, on the first day to the waning moon of the eighth [lunar] month, the fourth day of the week (Wednesday), a ka pao day, Thit (Mr. ex-monk) Kaeo together with his wife and children had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Mahanithan Phayachüang to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. Nibbāna paccaya hotu (May this be a condition to reach Nirvana).
