This manuscript is the 38th volume out of 110 volumes. The manuscript, titled “Si Pu Co Ang,” contains a folk tale letter that tells the story of Ke Poang, who was given the title Huhinai, meaning "the one with broad feet," because of his strength in walking long distances.

- The writing is dominated by the Lontarak Makassarese script, with some characters modified by Liem Kheng Yong.
- Initially, this manuscript was rented out to the Peranakan Chinese community.
