Description of manuscript content:
This manuscript is the 13th volume out of 110 volumes. The manuscript, titled “Si Pu Co Ang,” contains a folk tale letter that tells the story of He Yang Sing coming to meet Tare Kang, who was very old and frail. He shouted that they were all Tae Kang. According to the kingdom’s rules, they were mandated to receive the arrival of two envoys, Oe Kong and Nio Siu Kong.

Other notes:
- Volume 32 was destroyed by termites. Volumes 51–110 are missing. - The information about the total number of volumes (110) comes from the list of works by Liem Kheng Yong found at the end of each volume. - The writing is dominated by the Lontarak Makassarese script, with some characters modified by Liem Kheng Yong. - Initially, this manuscript was rented out to the Peranakan Chinese community. - It is adapted from a Chinese folk legend. - There is a red stamp of the author that reads: “LIEM KHENG YONG-MAKASSAR.”
