Folio 67 on the recto side: In BE 2512, a kat hao year, on the fifteenth day of the waning moon of the eighth [lunar] month, a Monday, in the afternoon at 1:00, the writing of this manuscript was finished. Sathu Nyai (great monk) Phui and Sathu Phò (monk) Budda were the sponsor who donated money. Xiang (ex novice) Phan gathered the palm leaves. They all had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Nyamuk to support the Teachings of Buddha Gotama to last until the end of 5 thousand years. May all our wishes and desires be fulfilled. Idhaṃme dhamma dānaṃ āsavak khayāvahaṃ nibbāna sanghataṃ hotu anāgate kāle nibbāna paccaya hotu no (Giving the gift of Dhamma is the condition to be released from defilements. May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvana.).
