This manuscript is the sixth of 12 volumes titled “Ouw Pe Coa.” It is a folk tale that tells the story of Ko Hang Bung, who felt joyful when someone came to make an offer on his grand house. So delighted was he that Ko Kiao I Ong went to great lengths to prepare a feast, with two tables of food arranged by Li Kong Hu and Ko Hang Bung.

- Initially, this manuscript was rented out to the Peranakan Chinese community.
