This manuscript is the fourth of 12 volumes titled “Ouw Pe Coa.” It is a folk tale that tells the story of a Sin Se (healer) who was highly skilled in medicine. He treated an entire village, and when the king heard of his abilities, he became eager and impatient to have the Sin Se serve him.

- The writing is dominated by the Lontarak Makassarese script, with some characters modified by Liem Kheng Yong.
- Initially, this manuscript was rented out to the Peranakan Chinese community.
- It is adapted from a Chinese folk legend.
- There is a red stamp of the author that reads: “LIEM KHENG YONG-MAKASSAR.”
