Description of manuscript content:
This manuscript is the 12th of 17 volumes titled “Ban Hao Tiong.” It is a folk tale that tells the story of Oncung, who could no longer participate in battle due to severe pain throughout his body. His skin had peeled off after being dragged by his own horse.

Other notes:
- The writing is dominated by the Lontarak Makassarese script, with some characters modified by Liem Kheng Yong. - Initially, this manuscript was rented out to the Peranakan Chinese community. - It is adapted from a Chinese folk legend. - There is a red stamp of the author that reads: “LIEM KHENG YONG-MAKASSAR.” - The front cover is damaged.
