This manuscript is the fourth of 17 volumes titled “Ban Hao Tiong.” It is a folk tale that tells the story of Beng Eng drawing a short sword from his waist, causing his enemy—upon witnessing the act—to immediately leap back and distance himself. Instantly, the enemy turned around and fled in panic. Beng Eng gave chase, but the enemy spun around three times and vanished without a trace.
