Description of manuscript content:
This manuscript is the final of 19 volumes titled “Ce Si Ao Tong.” It is a folk tale that tells the story of a debate between Sung Pa and Kio Kong regarding the capture of their opponent.

Other notes:
- The writing is dominated by the Lontarak Makassarese script, with some characters modified by Liem Kheng Yong. - Initially, this manuscript was rented out to the Peranakan Chinese community. - It is adapted from a Chinese folk legend. - There is a red stamp of the author that reads: “LIEM KHENG YONG-MAKASSAR.” - Each page shows signs of termite damage, causing parts of the text to be missing.
