Description of manuscript content:
This manuscript is the 13th of 19 volumes titled “Ce Si Ao Tong.” It is a folk tale that tells the story of Ce Si Yau Toan, who said that Ong Eng was the one who did it and questioned why he was being blamed. Ce Si Yau Toan pointed out with a smirk that Ong Eng was known for turning things around like that.

- The writing is dominated by the Lontarak Makassarese script, with some characters modified by Liem Kheng Yong. - Initially, this manuscript was rented out to the Peranakan Chinese community. - It is adapted from a Chinese folk legend. - There is a red stamp of the author that reads: “LIEM KHENG YONG-MAKASSAR.”
