This manuscript is the 13th of 21 volumes titled “Si Jin Kui.” It is a folk tale that tells the story of a striking staff named Teng Ong Pi Yong, a gift from an old king. Attached to the base of the staff was a letter, the contents of which were explained by Uti Ki Ong. The letter stated that a person with bad character and behavior, even if descended from royalty, would not be remembered.

- The writing is dominated by the Lontarak Makassarese script, with some characters modified by Liem Kheng Yong, and features a combination with Hanzi.
- Initially, this manuscript was rented out to the Peranakan Chinese community.
- It is adapted from a Chinese folk legend.
- There is a red stamp of the author that reads: “LIEM KHENG YONG-MAKASSAR.”
