This manuscript is the first of 22 volumes titled “San He Lan Tong.” It is a folk tale that contains a Makassarese-language version translated from Chinese, telling the story of Wali Cebiloco when he showed compassion or saved the soul of a minister who had committed a grave mistake by imposing an appropriate punishment.
- The writing is dominated by the Lontarak Makassarese script, with some characters modified by Liem Kheng Yong, and features a combination with Hanzi.
- Initially, this manuscript was rented out to the Peranakan Chinese community.
