This manuscript is the 10th of 23 volumes titled “San Tae, Sio Ciya.” It is a folk tale that contains a story about, after mentioning the second name, Tio Ing, someone is seen coming out with distinctive features: a large head, wide ears, a thick beard, a short body, and an ugly face, walking forward. That is Tio Ing.

- Initially, this manuscript was rented out to the Peranakan Chinese community.
- It is adapted from a Chinese folk legend.
- There is a red stamp of the author that reads: “LIEM KHENG YONG-MAKASSAR.”
- There is an error in the month written in the colophon: it is written as 25 – 6 – 1938, but it should be 25 – 5 – 1938.
