This manuscript is the fourth of 23 volumes titled “San Tae, Sio Ciya.” It is a folk tale that contains a story where, after discussing the letter, an envoy sets off on horseback to deliver the letter directly and appear before the king.

- The writing is dominated by the Lontarak Makassarese script, with some characters modified by Liem Kheng Yong, and features a combination with Hanzi.
- Initially, this manuscript was rented out to the Peranakan Chinese community.
- It is adapted from a Chinese folk legend.
- There is a red stamp of the author that reads: “LIEM KHENG YONG-MAKASSAR.”
- The cover is made from newspaper.
- There is a text on page 42v written in Latin script using blue ink, which reads: “Liem Kheng Yong, a letter writer in Makassar, a Chinese story copied into the Makassar language, written by Liem Kheng Yong” (the name LiemKhengYong is written in cursive like a signature).
