Description of manuscript content:
This manuscript is the 11th of 23 volumes titled “Cu Ing Tae Cu.” It is a folk tale that tells the story about the prohibition against listening to Ki Ong Li Ya’s opinions, due to concerns that it could lead to the killing of an innocent person.

Other notes:
- The writing is dominated by the Lontarak Makassarese script, with some characters modified by Liem Kheng Yong, and features a combination with Hanzi. - Initially, this manuscript was rented out to the Peranakan Chinese community. - It is adapted from a Chinese folk legend. - There is a red stamp of the author that reads: “LIEM KHENG YONG-MAKASSAR.”
