Description of manuscript content:
This manuscript is the 13th of 26 volumes titled “Lie Eng Cun.” It is a folk tale that tells the story of Si Pi He Ang driving away three companions from his table or seat, but the three companions refused to leave and insisted on staying.

- The writing is dominated by the Lontarak Makassarese script, with some characters modified by Liem Kheng Yong, and features a combination with Hanzi. - Initially, this manuscript was rented out to the Peranakan Chinese community. - It is adapted from a Chinese folk legend. - There is a red stamp of the author that reads: “LIEM KHENG YONG-MAKASSAR.” - The cover is made from newspaper. - There is no back cover.
