This manuscript is the ninth of 26 volumes titled “Lie Eng Cun.” It is a folk tale that tells the story of Si Pe He said that at that time he had no strength, no money, and in the end, he surrendered himself as if selling himself.

- The writing is dominated by the Lontarak Makassarese script, with some characters modified by Liem Kheng Yong, and features a combination with Hanzi. - Initially, this manuscript was rented out to the Peranakan Chinese community. - It is adapted from a Chinese folk legend. - There is a red stamp of the author that reads: “LIEM KHENG YONG-MAKASSAR.”
