This manuscript is the 29th of 32 volumes titled “Si Teng San.” It is a folk tale that tells the story of Cu Hong Siyang I visiting the king’s palace on Mount Tae Su Sang.
- The writing is dominated by the Lontarak Makassarese script, with some characters modified by Liem Kheng Yong, and features a combination with Hanzi.
- Initially, this manuscript was rented out to the Peranakan Chinese community.
- It is adapted from a Chinese folk legend.
- There is a red stamp of the author that reads: “LIEM KHENG YONG-MAKASSAR.”
