Description of manuscript content:
The text explains how to practice in order to attain the withdrawal of self-determination. The rules allow a Bhikkhu to use only one set of garments and tools such as a cover robe, outer robe, under robe, alms-bowl, etc. Before using these objects, if a Bhikkhu did not make self-determination, he must confess it. In case a Bhikkhu wants to use a new set, he has to make a withdrawal of self-determination for the old set if it is still in a good condition.
