Description of manuscript content:
This manuscript is the 22nd of 79 volumes. The manuscript, titled “Sam Po Kong,” is folk tale that tells the story of Sam Po Kong asked Tiyang Lo for his opinion on a certain matter. Tiyang Lo then shared his view based on the results of his meditation, saying that at the moment he did not dare to speak carelessly without first knowing the root of the issue and where it originated from.

- The writing is dominated by the Lontarak Makassarese script, with some characters modified by Liem Kheng Yong, and features a combination with Hanzi. - Initially, this manuscript was rented out to the Peranakan Chinese community. - It is adapted from a Chinese folk legend. - There is a red author’s stamp, but it has faded. - There are Hanzi, Lontarak, and Latin scripts in the colophon that mention Liem Kheng Yong’s name.
