This manuscript is the 51st of 93 volumes. The manuscript, titled “Tang Le Keng,” is a folk tale that tells the story of Kong Sung Sing, who is visited by a jinn teacher named Tong Hong Heng.

Other notes:

- The writing is dominated by the Lontarak Makassarese script, with some characters modified by Liem Kheng Yong, and features a combination with Hanzi. - Initially, this manuscript was rented out to the Peranakan Chinese community. - It is adapted from a Chinese folk legend. - Half of the front cover is already torn, revealing part of the Chinese newspaper used as its cover. - There is a red stamp of the author that reads: “LIEM KHENG YONG-MAKASSAR.”
