This manuscript is the second of 93 volumes. The manuscript titled “Tang Le Keng” contains the story of the construction of 18 fortresses established by Hong Teya.

The writing is dominated by the Lontara Makassarese script, with some characters modified by Liem Kheng Yong, and features a combination with Hanzi.
Initially, this manuscript was rented out to the Peranakan Chinese community.
It is adapted from a Chinese folk legend.
There is a red stamp of the author that reads: “LIEM KHENG YONG-MAKASSAR.”
