This is a receipt of a debenture of the Republic of Indonesia made by H. Jakfar from Desa Tanjung Baru, Ogan Komering Ilir. In 1947 in Palembang an armed conflict took place for five days and nights. Because of their dire conditions, the government loaned money to the people.
