While residing at the Jetavanna Monastery in Savatthi, the Buddha spoke to Bhikkhus discoursing on Devaduta Sutta (the divine messengers). A good man who has the divine eyes would see the birth and death of all creatures. He realizes that the cycle of birth and death of the creatures depending on their previous karma. Those who have good deed with good conduct in act, in word, in thought and do not blame the noble individual. They have the right understanding, and believe in the power of right understanding. When they die they would be born in the heavens.

Sathu (monk) Chantha from Vat Phonsang had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Thevathutasut to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. Nibbānaṃ paramaṃ sukhaṃ (Nirvāna is the greatest bliss). May I reach the three states of happiness with Nirvāna as the ultimate goal.
