Description of manuscript content:
The text mentions about the virtues of a Buddha comprise of 56, the virtues of the Dhamma include 38, and the virtues of the Sangha include 14 expanding into 108 and existing in the body of the group of eight Ariya-puggala (noble individuals). Every Buddha praises the virtue of Nibbāna is the superb. Any ordained and unordained person who wish to reach nibbāna should learn forty kinds of Samatha kammatthāna and Vipassanā kammatthāna and pay intention to follow that.

Folio 21 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat 2 thousand and 586 (corresponding with BE 2486), a huang sai year, on the fourth waning day of the tenth [lunar] month, a kat mot day, the seventh day of the week (Saturday), the writing of this manuscript was finished at the time of the sunset drum (between 13.30–15.00 o’clock). Chan (ex-monk) Thongdi and his wife, Sao (Mrs.) Uan and all their children had the ardent religious faith to jointly sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Satthavimala to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until 5000 years. May all our wishes and desires come true, may we be released from all diseases and dangers. Nibbāna paccayo hotu no niccaṃ dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃ (May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvāna, contantly and certainly).
