The text was written in Pali using for chanting begins with Girimānanda Sutta (Discourse on Girimananda Thera).
Colophon:
Folio 31 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat 195 (corresponding with CS 1195), a ka sai year, on the tenth waxing day of the ninth [lunar] month, the first day of the week (Sunday), a kat mao day, the writing of this manuscript was finished at the time of the sunset drum (between 13.30–15.00 o’clock). Nang Khao (Nun) Chanhòm had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Sutmon to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. Nibbāna paccayo hotu no dhuvaṃ (May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvāna, certainly).
