The manuscript contains the text of rites and horoscope, and is used by a ceremonial master. The content tells Ongkan pahchao 5 pha ong (‘Decree of the five Buddhas’), Thoranisan chüt (‘Fresh message of the Earth’), Thoranisan luang (‘Great message of the Earth’), Su khun khai khun puai (Chanting to a patient), and Kham sut khwan nòi (‘Chanting to call the small spirit’), Sut khwan luang (‘Chanting to call the great spirit’), Nang Dam (‘A black lady’), and medical herbs and healing process.
The content also tells Yan huasao (‘talismans for putting on the pillars of a house’); various kinds of the medical herbs and healing process; spells for healing; spells of the protection; finding for an auspicious day for farming, wedding, building a new house, buying pets or new things.

The manuscript is covered with a local cloth and is sewn with a cotton cord at its top spine. The texts start from both sides. The text on the first side starts from page 1r to 28v, and the text on the reverse side starts from page 37v backward to 29r.
