Description of manuscript content:
While residing at the Bupparam Monastery, the Buddha delivered a sormon to King Pasendhi about the benefits which derived from the making of various kinds of flags in order to worship the Triple Gem. The Buddha gave an example. In the time of Vipassi Buddha, there was a trouble man along with his wife had the most ardent religious faith to make a flag. They prepared a wood for using as the pole of the flag. Their flag had not been finished yet the husband suddenly died. With his faithful mind, he occurred in Tavatimsa Heaven as a divinity and possessed a lot of heavenly treasures.
