Fascicle 5: Folio 25 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat 179 (corresponds to CS 1179), a moeng pao year, on the fifth waxing day of the seventh [lunar] month, the third day of the week (Tuesday). The writing of this manuscript had been finished in the morning between 7.30-9.00 o’clock. Lung (uncle) Xiang (ex-novice) Kam together with his wife, children and all relatives had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Akkharasap, to support the Teachings of the Buddha. Nibbāna paccayo hotu dhuvaṃ niccaṃ (May this be a condition to reach Nirvana, certainly and constantly).
