Description of manuscript content:

The manuscript tells the story of Prabu Mangkurat and his founding of Kartasura. It starts with a quote from the time of the political struggle of Prabu Mangkurat in AD 1719 or AJ 1643. At the end is the story of Sunan Kuning’s uprising against the Javanese kingdom.

Other notes:

The manuscript has covers and has started to become molded and the script has faded because it was written with pencil. Reading the manuscript has to be done with care.
