Description of manuscript content:
The fourth fascicle of Cundasukarika Sutta was written in Lao language as description. The content describes when Matari Devaputta took Dhammaki Bandit to Tavatimsa heaven, then Indra invited Dhammika Bandit to stay in the heaven. But Dhammika did not want to live there because he wanted to collect merit. Then he descended the human world.
Colophon:
Folio 12 on the recto side: In BE 2482, on the sixth waning day of the twelfth [lunar] month, Hua Na Nang Phia La from Ban Vat That had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript to support the Teachings of the Buddha and to dedicate it to Hua Na Phia Chit who already died and has gone to the other world. If she is stuck in a place of suffering, please let her move to a good place numerous times better than previously. Dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃ hontu (May this be continuously).
