Description of manuscript content:
The traditional interesting Lao verses for a good live. For examples, do not meet a lazy man, do not tell a lie, stay at home should make a fan, healthiness should not see a doctor, lie on one’s back should not play a sword, do not tell about your old lover to with your spouse,… etc.
Colophon:
Folio 51 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat 12005 (CS 1205), a ka mao year, on the full-moon day of the tenth [lunar] month, the sixth day of the week (Friday), a hap hao day, the writing of this mauncript was finished at the time of the morning drum (between 7.30–9.00 o’clock). Pha Rasakhuchao Phothipanya had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Lam Kadi Lok Kadi Tham and dedicated to his parents, siblings and all his relatives who already died and have gone to the other world. If they are stuck in a place of suffering, please have them moved to a good place. Nibbāna paccayo hontu no (May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvāna).
