Description of manuscript content:
This manuscript is part of Abhidhamma Piṭaka given by Lord Buddha to his late mother who had been reborn in Tusita Heaven. The Vibhaṅga treatise is a high-level Dhamma pertaining to physical constitutions, emotions, the life cycle that causes suffering (birth, aging, illness, death), meditation practices, the Four Noble Truth (suffering, causes of suffering, elimination of suffering, paths to eliminate suffering), and prohibitions. Each Dhamma topic is accompanied with an example for comparison.
Colophon:
May the benefits derived from producing this manuscript support us to be blessed by the fives blessings namely Āyu, Vaṇṇa, Sukha, Bala, and Paṭibhāṇn in every future life. In the last life, may we listen to Dhammachakkapavattana Sutta of the Metteyya Buddha and reach Dhamma and Nibbāna which does not have to be in the Cycle of Rebirths any longer. Note: May be during 1900-1930.
