I finished copying this manuscript whose text teaches us to leave out causes of sadness and suffering. If we follow [the Dhamma], this will lead us to happiness in this world and to happiness in Nibbāna which means the escape from the Cycle of Rebirths.
Other notes:
The front cover and the back cover are decorated with black lacquer and gilded with gold leaves. The manuscript is in a good physical condition. The inner side of the manuscript is severely damaged by insects.
(The inner flyleaf)
When a new era is about to come, the sky will become dark. Now, the Buddha is beckoning us. We should stop worries and train ourselves to reach Nibbāna.
