(The inner flyleaf)
I put my hands together as a blooming lotus in the morning to pay homage to the Buddha, the Dhamma, the Sangha, and my teachers. May the merit derived from this merit-making take me to be reborn in good existence and have opportunities to make merit. As long as I am still in the Cycle of Rebirths, may I have longevity, fine complexion, and good health without diseases. May I attain in my final rebirth Nibbāna like other Buddhas.
The manuscript was copied from the original version inscribed by Cao Còng Lòi (abbot of Wat Còng Dòi) from Mòk Mai city in CS 1234 (BE 2416) and sponsored by the ruler of Müang Mòk Mai.
