The front cover and the back cover are plain mulberry paper. The back cover is slightly damaged. The text recorded in the manuscript is incomplete. (The inner flyleaf) I pay homage to the Buddha who carries all living creatures with a big ship to escape mud and reach Nibbāna, the Teachings of the Buddha or the way to Nibbāna, the Sangha, and my teachers who have taught me the Dhamma and other kinds of knowledge. I am going to copy this manuscript in the Shan script. This manuscript was copied from the original version written by Nāi Sò Phing Na (Care Òn Mòng Ngae) and sponsored by Nāi Phrā Takā Sāng Mòng Pò, Nāng Moi Òng, and their family, inhabiting Bān Nā Huai Ūt. Note : The content is similar to a Lān Nā Jātaka entitled Mī Khon Kham (A golden-haired bear).
